Video games healthy? Thoughts from a recovering gamer

Ex-gaming addict Luis Pacheco explains the costs of getting good at video games. Pacheco said his interest in school took a dive: "Your brain becomes fast in a video game sense, but slow in reality."  Then there's the violence.
