Students speak to save art in schools

School budget cuts have led art programs to die out in California high schools. The California Alliance For Arts Education launched a Student Voices campaign to speak to legislators about keeping the arts alive in high schools.  Youth Radio spoke with some students in the campaign, and asked, 'Why is art important in schools?'Arts_in_Schools_Photograms_034
