Disabled youth play ball, make friends in Challenger Division

The Challenger division of Coachella Little League aims to teach mentally and physically disabled youth that playing sports is possible. Over twenty young people, ages 11 to 23, are in the program, with disabilities including autism, Down Syndrome and cerebral palsy.
