Our Community: Long Beach Alliance for Children with Asthma

Long Beach Alliance for Children with Asthma is a group that educates and supports the families of children with asthma.  The Alliance wants to "change the profile of the life of a child with asthma," and lend support to those personally affected by the chronic lung disease.  Help comes in the form of nutrition information, and home visits to instruct families on making cleaner -- less asthma-genic -- home environments.  The video is part of the "Our Community" series, profiling local nonprofits on Coachella Unincorporated.[youtube=http://youtu.be/7vCHEDlYNe8]
