Living under one roof: Mixed-status families talk

Two families with different legal statuses share some of the same struggles.  The Salamanca family talks about the trying experience of living without legal status, and eventually obtaining it.  The Alvarado family discusses the everyday, emotional struggles of living as a mixed-status family.  "We wait, and have faith in God, behave well.  The rules this country has, we have to follow.  Any other way and you'll have to face the consequences."  An audio slideshow portraying these families is on Voicewaves.[youtube=http://youtu.be/PpHF6WP7Gcw]
