Martial arts center becomes community center

Solis Martial Arts opened in 1973 in San Pablo.  The owner's son took over, and is now converting the school into a center  called 23HQ.  It offers a range of new services, including hosting community events and immigration services.  Existing arts and fitness and health classes will continue.  "I found out that a majority of our students came from broken and single-parent homes.
