One youth's letter of support for rapid transit in Fresno
State and federal grants totalling $50 million were given to Fresno for the Bus Rapid Transit project, a revamping of the city's beleaguered bus system. One teen shared her letter showing support for the project, addressed to her city council representative, on The Know.
