Rappers speak on the state of hip-hop in Long Beach

Local artists air differing perceptions about the state of and hip-hop in Long Beach.  Some yearn for a past era, when artists "stayed true" by building their base firmly in Long Beach before branching out; others speak about music quality, saying hip-hop has never been better.  "Lyrics, concepts, creativeness, it's changed dramatically. I think it's gotten way better, more crisp.  Everyone's sound fits them way more, it's more true.  Its a whole different vibe."   We hear from local rappers in a video from Voicewaves.[youtube=http://youtu.be/3fNGfOeAhhI]
