'Flip' the teaching, 'flip' the learning
Flip learning is a model wherein students learn about a school subject (often math) through a video lecture that they watch during after-school hours. In place of homework, students watch video lectures, and the cementing and follow-up of the lesson is done through class work. But the flip hasn't worked out for everyone. “I can almost never remember to watch the video unless I get reminded after I get home because of the change in my routine.” Read how the flip-teaching concept has been received at Del Norte High School, on Redwood Voice.
