'No time to lose' when defending LGBT youth

The Sacramento City Unified School District's "No Time to Lose" conference aims to train educators how to support lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender youth (LGBT) in the challenges they face in their schools and communities communities. The goal is to protect the rights of LGBT teens, and to inform people about the district's Transgender and Gender Variant Student Policy.  Read about the conference and other efforts by district leaders to help LGBT teens feel safer in a school setting, on Access Sacramento.conf
