Del Norte teen Jason Wilson describes feeling trapped and bored as a youth in a town with limited access to healthy activities for youth -- places to hang out with friends are important, but so are job opportunities and transportation. Drugs and drinking becomes a default mode of burning youthful energy where they feel they have few other outlets.
