Chef speaks about her memoir and eating organic
Award-winning chef Nora Pouillon spoke to a sizable audience in downtown Sacramento recently, reading from her memoir about starting America’s first certified organic restaurant. She said her rural Austrian upbringing shaped her view of food. "It had an enormous effect to see people work from morning to evening just for food. I loved to watch them milk the cows.
