'Health For All' draws dialogue – but no elected officials

Residents of Merced and Stanislaus Counties gave personal testimony of the health effects of the exclusion of undocumented immigrants from the Affordable Care Act. There are 24,000 estimated undocumented residents in Merced county, and Health For All, or Senate Bill 4, would allow them to buy a health care plan through the state's insurance exchange.
