Keeping my Mien culture

Kasey Saeturn and her three siblings are first generation Mien-Americans, but she worries their culture won't be passed to the next generation. Kasey is the only one that can communicate with her grandmother, who speaks Mien. "If we don’t do what we can to learn from my grandma’s generation now, I worry that we will lose the true essence of our culture. That’s where it all starts. And that’s where it might end." Her commentary is on Youth Radio.mien
