Arvin’s 'National Night Out' fosters police-community relations

Residents of Arvin, in Kern County, set aside fears and biases to gather with their families for a 'National Night Out' event hosted by city leaders. Youth reporter Nora Ramirez writes that some residents don't trust uniformed officers because they fear deportation.
