Before she cast her first ballot in a presidential election, 20-year-old Lesly Juarez prepared as much as possible to evaluate the propositions and candidates and translate that information to her family members who don't speak English. Juarez said her family has instilled in her the importance of voting, even her 98-year-old grandmother who never attended school or learned to write.
