Fresno State commemorates 75th anniversary of WWII Incarceration of Japanese Americans

Seventy five years ago, President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed an executive order authorizing the forceful removal of people with Japanese ancestry to internment camps.  A Fresno State University exhibit commemorates this troubled part of American history at a time when President Donald Trump has issued executive orders aimed at keeping people with certain nationalities out of the United States  "It is important to learn from history so that it is not repeated.  What’s happening to Muslims and undocumented immigrants today is very similar."
