I am Youth Radio: Sierra on the Power of Youth Voice

In February, Youth Radio hosted the 2018 Statewide Youth Media Conference, which united student journalists from across the state in a weekend filled with workshops, presentations, and bonding. Youth Radio’s Sierra Fang-Horvath was in attendance, and she shared her post-convention reflection. “So to be at that conference with all these kids who are actively part of that movement and saying, ‘I’m going to vocalize what’s important to me and I will not let you try to define me.’ That was really powerful.” Read more at Youth Radio.
