COMMUNITY MEMBERS RALLY BEFORE MERCED CITY COUNCIL BUDGET HEARING

People in Merced rallied outside of the Civic Center before the second city budget hearing for affordable housing. Many people showed up to fight for rights and ask for what is needed.
