Mayor-elect Garcetti on Boyle Heights pride, cityhood for East LA, and more

Teen reporters from area high schools heard Mayor-elect Eric Garcetti discuss his Boyle Heights roots, the economy and whether East Los Angeles should become its own city, in a press conference this month.
