Teaching puberty earlier
Research shows puberty is coming earlier for girls, sometimes as early as 6 years old. But does puberty education adapt to this trend? Schools tend to take on these awkward lessons, but experts say they do it too late. And with girls hitting puberty earlier, puberty education needs to include the message that being physically mature doesn't mean they're ready for adult relationships.
