How do Arvin youth use the library?

The Kern County Board of Supervisors is considering privatizing libraries and other public services to make up for county revenues they say are lost as a result of the fall in oil prices. South Kern Sol uses the Arvin branch library as a central meeting place for youth reporters to meet one to two days per week.
