Community groups press for Health For All

A vociferous coalition of advocates for undocumented residents rallied at a Kern County Board of Supervisors meeting to support senate bills that will provide health insurance to undocumented California residents.The Health For All bill (SB 4) is approaching finalization after being passed by the State Senate and Senate Appropriations Committee. "Because of a broken immigration system and a lack of leadership at the federal level, we have millions of people in this country and thousands in this county who are living under the shadows without access to primary and preventive care."
