Three years after the Chevron refinery fire

On the three-year anniversary of the last big Chevron refinery fire, city officials, community leaders and residents gathered to recollect their memories of that day, and to remind each other that keeping the city safe from environmental menace is an ongoing challenge. "This is a history we cannot forget. We learned that it could’ve been prevented but it wasn’t."
