The aftermath of a fire that killed 36 people during a party at Oakland's Ghost Ship warehouse has some people worried a code-enforcement crackdown could force artists out of the Bay Area. Michael Malin, aka Mykee Ramen, who owns and runs Richmond's Burnt Ramen live-work warehouse, spoke with Richmond Pulse about his fears as well as the role these art spaces play in the community.
